Mayor Carlito de la Peña Reyes, the Members of the Sangguniang Bayan and all the Municipal Government Department Heads gave a warm welcome to Mayor Lee Seung Yool of Cheongdo-gun, Gyeongsangbukdo Province, Republic of Korea, who headed a Korean Delegation which visited the Municipality of Malvar last November 10, 2015 to pursue the internationalization of the Saemaeul Movement. The delegation exchanged opinions on the successful implementation of the Saemaeul Demonstration Farms which is a great success in South Korea. They visited two farms under the project and discussed financial support for the propagation of the Saemaeul Movement in Malvar.
