Heavy Equipment Operator-Forklift Training Completed

Twenty-three Malvareños completed the TESDA training on “Heavy Equipment Operator- Forklift” conducted by Institucion de Padre Garcia. This training is a Bottom Up Budgeting Project (BUB) which was funded by the national government through TESDA.
A National Certificate II was given to the trainees after an assessment process which seeks to determine whether the graduate can perform to the standards expected in the workplace and meeting the competency standards.
Mayor Carlito de la Peña Reyes, a two term mayor who will no longer run for any public office in the next year’s election, delivered a heart warming speech to the graduates. Also present was SB Member Cely Mendoza and MPDC Linda Balbuena, focal person for the BUB Projetcs.
