Microsoft Pilippines brought the Minecraft Hour of Code tutorial to the Special children studying at the SPED under Ms. Bea Gonzaga of DepEd , Malvar.
Mayor Carlito de la Peña Reyes, an advocate of social inclusion in all municipal government programs and projects, came to visit the CeC Satellite Office at Poblacion, venue for the activity, and talked with the children. This activity opened doors for students and showed them that they have options and that they are part of the community. They had a lot of fun as they were introduced to basic computer programming while playing Minecraft.
