PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, July 03, 2024, at 1:00 PM, to be held at Malvar Gymnasium, Municipality of Malvar, San Pioquinto, Malvar, Batangas, regarding the following Draft Ordinances, to wit:

1. Draft Ordinance Rerouting of public utility jeepneys from JP Laurel Highway to Malvar Municipal Public Market road. Authored by Hon. Edgardo V. Licarte

2. Draft an Ordinance aligning the Motorized Tricycle Operators’ Permit (MTOP) renewal date with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) registration date in the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas. Authored by Hon. Atty. Ralph Julius Leo S. Morcilla and Hon. Edgardo V. Licarte

3. Ordinance No. 96-05, Series of 2024 – An Ordinance Prohibiting the Electronic Sabong or E-Sabong within the Municipality of Malvar and imposing penalties thereto and for other purposes. Sponsored by the Committee on Games and Amusement

4. Ordinance No. 98-05, Series of 2024 – An ordinance requiring pool and resort owners engaged in that business and similar businesses to provide duly certified lifeguards and lifeguarding equipment in their operation, providing penalties for violation thereof. Introduced by Hon. Kurt Patrick V. Abu and Sponsored by the Committee on Peace and Order and Public Safety.
