Today, as we celebrate our nation’s 127th Independence Day, Admiral Art M. Abu took his oath of office as the newly elected Mayor of our hometown.
The ceremony, officiated by Barangay Captain Leo Morcilla of San Andres, Malvar, Batangas, was a clear and powerful expression of the Admiral’s vision and commitment to public service.
