Admiral Artemio Manalo Abu is a retired Filipino admiral who served as the 29th Commandant of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG).

 * Operational Commands: He served as commander of the Maritime Safety Services Command and Task Force Kaligtasan sa Karagatan.

 * District Leadership: He commanded PCG Districts in Southern Visayas and Southern Tagalog.

 * Ashore and Afloat: He earned the "Command at Sea" badge for his time commanding various PCG ships. Notably, every unit he led received the "Best Unit of the Year" award at the national level.

 * Humanitarian Work: He was the Commander of PCG Task Force Taal during the 2020 volcanic eruption, managing critical maritime search and rescue operations.
