Oath-Taking Ceremony of the New President of Association of Barangay Captains (ABC)- Malvar Chapter.

The Punong Barangay of Brgy San Andress, Capt Leo Morcilla has taken his oath as President of the Association of Barangay Captains - Malvar Chapter before Mayor Admiral Art Abu. 

The ceremony was witnessed by the members of the Sangguniang Bayan, DILG Officer Ms. Era Martina-Acain, and the barangay captains of the Municipality of Malvar.
