A big day for Malvar! Upon the invitation of Mr German Panghulan, Mayor Admiral Art Abu attended the Inauguration of the Immaculate Conception Chapel and Penglai Chinese Cuisine in Malvar. The occasion was also attended by Congressman King Collantes, Vice Mayor Emil Lat and other members of the Sangguniang Bayan of Malvar.
